She's not skilled enough to build her own from scratch, but she does have something of a knack for repairing and upgrading scavenged machina.Due to her time spent manufacturing parts for Garlean warmachina, she has a very keen perception towards picking out flaws in mechanical constructs. While she does not possess the Garlean third eye, she does have enhanced spatial awareness, just not on par with a pure-blooded Garlean.

Adaptable Actress : Having grown up in both the wealth and privilege of the Blackstone name, and the underbelly of the Ala Mhigan resistance, Sela is quite proficient in becoming whomever she needs to be in order to fit in with the people she is with. Whether it's a spoiled noblewoman or a gritty scrapper, she can slip easily into the role and back out again as easily as changing her clothes.Thrill-Seeker : On occasion, Sela might get into her head to try something that she's never done before with the confidence that she'll succeed. Whether it's decrypting Imperial code or throwing herself at a dangerous monster, she's sure she can do it...until it blows up in her face (sometimes literally). Perhaps it's because she's always had the wealth and resources to scrape her out of any trouble she encounters, but she's all-too-prone to leaping head-first into danger, just for the thrill of it.

Savvy Scavenger : From an early age, she had a talent for finding useful scraps of discarded and damaged magitek and tinkering with them to make her own creations. As she grew older, her uncle allowed her access to the limited manuals provided to his company by the Empire and furthered her technical knowledge through constant study and hands-on work at the Blackstone manufacturing facility.
To this day, she still enjoys exploring abandoned castrums and the like to get her hands on anything useful or interesting.Allagan Affecianado : Ever since her interdimensional incident at the Crystal Tower, she has been fascinated with the dead race's technology and culture. Even to the point of making it her field of study at Sharlayan. She is always on the lookout for ruins and artifacts to discover.Resistance Rebel : For most of her life, Sela fought for the liberation of Ala Mhigo from Imperial regime. Up until the final battle, it was done from the shadows, using the resources of Blackstone Industries and her family name to covertly aid those fighting for freedom.
Now, she openly uses all the resources at her disposal to aid in the recovery of Ala Mhigo.

Reluctant Benefactor : At the urging of Sanji and the Scions, Sela joined the Ilsabard Contingent in their mission to aid Garlemald. While she had no desire to help her life-long oppressors, she did see the region as a prime opportunity for salvage and to secure ceruleum rights for Blackstone.
After meeting her father and learning of the lives of ordinary Garleans, she has softened a bit towards the country, but not entirely.
Her reluctance to allocate Blackstone resources towards humanitarian aid is a constant source of tension between her and Sanji.

[ * ] Amasandji "Sanji" Kamakura (Oronir).

Born and raised in the warrior culture of the Oronir tribe, Sanji always felt out-of-place. When he wasn't enjoying cooking lessons with Esugan, his mind wandered to what lay beyond the horizon. Upon reaching adulthood, he began a "pilgrimage" across the Steppe and beyond to Doma, where he joined the Doman resistance for a time before journeying on to Eorzea where he first met the Scions of the Seventh Dawn.
He first encountered Sela in Rhalgr's Reach where he was "volunteered" to accompany her back to the city and be their eyes and ears there. Posing as a traveling culinarian sponsored by her wealthy uncle, he was able to travel freely and gather information to aid the Alliance in their preparation to liberate the city. Though their relationship was all business at first, it slowly grew into a friendship. Though they shared a kiss on liberation day, he was still feeling the sting of his rejection by Khaishan and backed off for a time, wanting to make certain Sela truly returned his feelings before committing to anything further.
They returned to Doma for a time, reuniting with Khaishan and the resistance, before being sent to Sharlayan for study. Despite their busy schedules, their romance bloomed and, upon receiving their Archon marks, Sanji proposed. Shortly thereafter they were married and spent their honeymoon in Tural.

[ * ] Hyperia kir Quinntus.

For most of her life, Sela believed that her mother died in childbirth...but that was not the case. In reality, she fled to Garlemald to be with Sela's father. Not long after, she gave birth to another girl, Hyperia, who was raised in the cutthroat capital of the Empire, fighting her way into a place at the Magitek Academy. Upon graduation, she joined the military and rose through the ranks until she found her place at the side of Gaius van Baelsar and Nero tol Scaeva, aiding them in the unearthing and reactivation of the Ultima Weapon.
However, its destruction at the hands of the Warrior of Light saw her dreams crushed and she wandered for a time before eventually joining a Free Company. There she found companionship and even love...until one day it all went awry. Heartbroken, she left for Ala Mhigo, where she began working for Blackstone Industries and learned of her sister's existence.
Despite her hard work, her uncle chose to keep Sela as heir to the company, which incensed Hyperia to no end. Vowing to remove this obstacle at any cost, she discarded the last shreds of morality she possessed, used the Resonatorium to give herself the Echo, and went on the hunt for her wayward sibling.

[ * ] Khaishan Oshidari.

This quiet, brooding Raen speaks little of himself and even less of his past. What is known is that he was a key player in the Doman resistance (often dubbed "The Demon of Doma") and a former lover of Sanji. He and Sela first met after she and Sanji returned to Kugane to establish a home there together. Despite Khaishan's initial surprise to see Sanji with someone new, he gradually accepted her as a friend.
Now, he eagerly accompanies the pair on their many adventures, serving as the muscle and the shield for the group.

[ * ] Jaya Oronir.

The youngest of Sanji's siblings, Jaya grew up with the expectation that she would be the warrior Sanji never was. Surprisingly, she fell into the role easily, but solely for the purpose of shielding her brother from the torments of the the rest of her family. After Sanji chose to leave the Steppe behind, Jaya followed in his footsteps a few years later, making her way to Kugane where she joined up with Khaishan in his fight to reclaim Doma. Eventually they were both reunited with Sanji and met up with Sela.
The spunky young Xaela brings a sense of uninhibited fun to the group and is more than willing to drag them out on bar crawls, shopping trips, or whatever she's in the mood for as often as possible. She also has no qualms about grabbing any of the males of the group by the scruff and pounding some sense into them, when needed.

[ * ] Viraj Acharya.

Alchemist, envoy, nobleman...Viraj was sent to Eorzea shortly after the events of the Final Days as an emissary from The Great Work of Thavnair to exchange alchemical knowledge, as well as learn more about the culture. The youngest of the Acharya siblings, he is both a talented alchemist as well as something of a playboy. Between his visits to the local Alchemists' Guilds, he enjoys participating in the "cultural exchange" found in Eorzea's more upscale venues.
As part of his collaboration with Eorzea, he was sent with the Ilsabard Contingent to Garlemald, where he first met Sela and the rest of the crew. He became intrigued at the possibilities of mixing alchemy and technology and currently works with the group as their resident potion (and poison) brewer, while expanding his knowledge of magitek at Sela's side.

[ * ] Stalya (bas) Lentyasch.

Born amidst the slums of Bojza, Stalya's early life consisted mainly of avoiding her alcoholic father and scavenging what she could trade to keep food on their table. This worked for a time, until her father's debts caught up with him and he sold his only daughter into the service of the Garlean Empire. Proving a quick study with repairing magitek, she managed to find an unexpected home in their ranks. Eventually, she was sent to the XIVth in Ala Mhigo where she discovered a talent in bartending during her off hours. Serving in a tavern catering to the occupying Imperials and the more adventurous loyalists, she met Sela and they became fast friends.
After the liberation of Ala Mhigo, she remained on with Sela and Sanji to aid in the rebuilding process, then later accompanied them to Garlemald along with the Ilsabard Contingent, providing strong drink to keep the group warm in the frigid region.
